Safely remove your eyelash extensions

Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Cancellations Deposits are required to secure your booking and will be deducted from the total amount. Deposits are non-refundable however you can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Lateness Please be on time to your appointment, if you will be more than 15 minutes late your booking will be subject to cancellation. Requirements Please arrive with clean lashes. Without oils, makeup or creams around the eye area. Infills Infills are to be booked two to three weeks after your full set is applied. Anything after four weeks is considered a full set. I do not do infills on other lash technicians work. Instead the lash extensions can be removed at an additional cost of £10.00 and new full set applied. Refunds All bookings are done by a recently qualified lash tech. All full sets will take approximately 3 hours. Refunds will only be given under specific circumstances and I reserve the right to decline issuing a refund.
