Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee, and a new booking fee will be required to reschedule. We operate a strict no-show policy. If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, 100% of the booked service amount will be charged. Any outstanding balance must be paid before another appointment can be booked. By making a booking with Bouji Nails, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our booking and cancellation policy.
